    We are spiritual beings having a human experience and in our most simple form we are pure consciousness, we are energy vibrating at different frequencies. I use the wisdom taught thousands of years ago (that quantum physics is now proving) as the basis for your transformation. We are all one, you have the power of the Universe within you. Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. You create your reality.

    Having knowledge and methods to change your life is nothing without a connection to spirit and your True Self.

    Thanks to the discoveries of modern science we now have a better understanding of how the brain works. We are able to see that we live a life based on conditioning of our past experiences and unless we make conscious changes we will keep reliving the past.

    We understand that our thoughts really do create our reality. We now understand how to change these patterns so our subconscious mind can support us instead of hold us back.

  • Jungian Theory

    Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist who looked deep into the unconscious mind . It’s thanks to Jung that we know about the ego (persona), the shadow and the True Self. With this knowledge you can uncover the conditioning that is holding you back, hidden within your subconscious mind and bring it to the conscious mind in order to make conscious changes.

    By transcending your ego and integrating your shadow, you can access more of who you truly are and live a wonderful human experience.
