We will do some profound practices to learn more about your shadow self and your persona so you can begin to love and accept yourself fully.

This entire day will shift something in you and move you closer to your dream reality than you will be aware of at the time. Through the unique methods I use, transformation can happen instantly. You will access a new level of consciousness within a few short hours.

Sometimes we need a good dose of inspiration to help us move forward. I know when I have experienced coaching in a similar style it has lit a fire within me to make serious change immediately.
